The Act applies to the manufacture, import, export, transport, sale, use, possession, marketing, etc. of alcoholic beverages. The Food Act shall apply to alcoholic beverages that constitute food, unless otherwise prescribed in this Act. The Act consists of 93 Sections divided into the following chapters: 1. General provisions; 2. Licensing obligation; 3. the Alcohol Corporation (Alkoholbolaget); 4. Manufacturing, import, export and wholesale; 5. Retail sale and serving of alcohol beverages; 6.
