The present Regulation enters into force on 1 August 2012. For the purpose of ensuring its revision, this Regulation expires on 30 April 2018.
Abstract

The present Regulation enforces the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the granting of licences for wheat dealers and collection of service charges on behalf of the Alberta Wheat Commission. The text consists of 14 sections.
