Abstract The present Regulation enforces the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act. In particular, the Regulation establishes an operating Plan for wheat producers in Alberta. Section 6 lists the purposes of the afore-mentioned Plan, such as to assist, educate and inform producers, dealers and others in developing and improving methods regarding the production and processing of wheat. Section 7 establishes a Commission with the name “Alberta Wheat Commission.
