For the purpose of ensuring its revision, this Regulation expires on 30 April 2018. Abstract The present Regulation enforces the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act. In particular, section 2 of the Act establishes that for the purposes of enabling the Commission to operate the Alberta Wheat Commission Plan, the Commission may be empowered by the Council, pursuant to section 26 of the Act, to make Regulations deemed to be necessary.
