For the purpose of its revisions, the present Regulation expires on 30 June 2015.
Abstract

The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to an Agreement between the Board and a licensed processor. The subject-matter of an Agreement relates to the regulated product and must include terms respecting the items listed in article 2. The text consists of 43 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: Vegetable Negotiating Agency (1); Negotiations to effect an Agreement (2); Refusal to renew contract (3); Mediation (4); Arbitration (5); Board Power (6); Repeal and Expire (7)
