The present Regulations expire on 30 November 2018.
Abstract

The present Regulation is made under the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act. Section 2 establishes that the Sugar Beet Negotiating Agency is continued. The members of the afore-mentioned Agency have the power to conclude an agreement on all or any of the following: a) a method for the determination of the final price to be paid to producers for the regulated product, and may include any product resulting from processing; b) the terms, conditions and forms of agreement relating to the production or marketing of the regulated product; c) any charges, costs or expenses relating to the production or marketing of the regulated product. The text consists of 39 sections divided into 3 Parts as follows: Negotiations (1); Mediation (2); Arbitration (3).
