Abstract

The purpose of the present Act is to outline the composition, functioning and jurisdiction of the Alberta Sport, Recreation, Parks and Wildlife Foundation. According to Section 3 the main purposes of the Foundation are: a) to develop and maintain sport programs, facilities and services; (b) to develop and maintain recreation programs, c) to develop and maintain parks programs, d) to develop and maintain fish and wildlife programs, e) to raise funds to be used to help the Foundation in the attainment of its objects. The text consists of 15 sections.
