Abstract

The present Order is made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. The Order makes provisions for the fixing, imposing and collecting of levies from potato producers in the Province of Alberta. Section 3 prescribes that every grower shall pay to the Commission for potatoes described in the Schedule sold in interprovincial or export trade a levy in the amount set out in the Schedule. The text consists of 4 sections and 1 Schedule.
