For the purpose of its revisions, this Regulation expires on 31 May 2016. Abstract Section 2 of the present Regulation establishes that every producer in the Alberta Peace Region must, with respect to each sale of the regulated product sold to a dealer, pay to the Commission a service charge. The text – consisting of 11 sections – deals with the following aspects: change in the amount of the service charge, duties of dealers, refund of service charge, inspection of records, use of funds and legal action.
