For the purpose of ensuring its revision, this Regulation expires on 31 July 2017. Abstract The present Regulation enforces the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act. In particular, section 2 of the Act establishes that for the purposes of enabling the Alberta Oat Growers Commission to operate the Alberta Oat Commission Plan, the Commission may be empowered by the Council, pursuant to section 26 of the Act, to issue Regulations.
