Abstract

The present Regulation establishes the Alberta Milk Plan. The purpose of the plan is to provide for the effective control and regulation of the production and marketing of the agricultural product (raw milk, farm-separated cream and dairy products) and to initiate and carry out programs to commence, stimulate, increase or improve the production or marketing, or both, thereof. The text consists of 62 sections divided into 4 Parts.
