Abstract The present Regulation enacts the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act. In particular, the Regulation authorizes the Alberta Milk to make regulations with respect to processors only in accordance with section 5(1)(c) of the Alberta Milk Plan Regulation. Furthermore, Alberta Milk is authorized to make regulations regulating and controlling agreements entered into by producers of the regulated product with persons engaged in marketing or processing the regulated product.
