Abstract This Regulation consists of 7 sections and authorizes the Alberta Hatching Egg Producers, the Board, to make regulations in order to operate the Alberta Hatching Egg Plan Regulation. The Board may make regulations, among others, related to the issue and renewal of licences and of quotas. Under section 4, the Board may also make regulations governing breeder chickens in the same manner as if breeder chickens were a regulated product under the Plan.
