Abstract This Regulation consists of 40 sections divided into 3 Parts. It amends and continues, under the name of "Alberta Hatching Egg Plan" the Plan established under the Alberta Hatching Egg Marketing Plan Regulation (Alta. Reg. 251/81). Among others, the Plan has the purpose, to provide for the effective promotion, control and regulation in all respects of the production or marketing, or both, of the regulated product, including the prohibition of production and marketing in whole or in part. The Plan is administered by the Alberta Hatching Egg Producers, which is continued under this Regulation. Sections 7 to 37 are dedicated to the composition, operation and functioning of the Alberta Hatching Egg Producers.
