The present Rules expire on 31 May 2018.
Abstract

The present Rules are made under the Responsible Energy Development Act. In particular, section 2 of the Rules establish that the in each fiscal year, every person who, on the prescribed date, was the operator of a well, coal mine or oil sands project shall pay an administration fee in accordance with these Rules. The text consists of 12 sections.
