Abstract

This Regulation assesses the base service charge on each producer to whom a farm license is issued (sect. 2) and a product service charge on each mature elk that is listed in animal inventory operated under the Livestock Industry Diversification Act (sect. 3). All charges are collected by the Alberta Elk. Section 7 is dedicated to the disclosure of information.
