For the purpose of ensuring its revision, this Regulation expires on 30 September 2024.
Abstract

This Regulation authorizes the Alberta Elk, the “Commission”, to make regulations for the purpose of operating the Alberta Elk Plan. The Commission may make regulations, among others, requiring any person who produces, markets or processes the regulated product to furnish to the Commission any information or record relating to the production of the regulated product that the Commission considers necessary (sect. 2(b)).
