Abstract This Regulation consists of 6 sections and authorizes the Alberta Egg Producers Board to make regulations for the purpose of operating the Plan established under the Alberta Egg Producers Plan Regulation (AR 258/97). Among others, the Board may make regulation determining the quantity of each class, variety, size, grade and kind of the regulated product that shall be produced or marketed, or both, by each producer (sect. 3(s)).
