The Order grants to the Alberta Egg and Fowl Marketing Board the authority to regulate the interprovincial and export trade of eggs in Alberta in compliance with all other applicable Acts of the Province. The Board is empowered to make orders fixing levies and charges, to impose them and to collect them from any person situated within the Province and engage in the production or marketing of eggs and is entitled to use the revenue for its purposes.
