Abstract The present Order is made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. The Order grants to the Alberta Egg and Fowl Marketing Board the authority to fix, impose and collect levies from certain egg producers in Alberta. Section 3 establishes that every producer or producer grader shall pay to the afore-mentioned Commodity Board, in addition to the service charges set out under the Plan, levies as listed in this section.
