Abstract This Regulation consists of 36 sections, divided in 3 Parts, and establishes the Alberta Chicken Producers' Plan. The Plan does not terminate at the conclusion of a specific period of time and shall remain in force unless otherwise terminated (sect. 4). The purpose of the Plan is to provide for the effective promotion, control and regulation in all respects of the production and marketing of poultry and poultry products. Section 7 establishes the Alberta Chicken Producers, the "Board" which is responsible for the operation, regulation, supervision and enforcement of the Plan.
