Abstract This Regulation authorizes the Alberta Chicken Producers, the "Board", to make regulations for the purpose of operating the Alberta Chicken Producers' Plan. The Board may make regulations, for example, requiring persons to be licensed under the Plan before they become engaged in the production, marketing and processing, or any one or more of those functions, of the regulated product (sect. 2(c)).
