Abstract The present Order is made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act.The Order grants to the Commodity Board (Alberta Chicken Producers Board) the authority to regulate the marketing of chicken in interprovincial and export trade. Moreover, the Board is empowered to make orders fixing, imposing and collecting levies or charges and use the revenue for its purposes. The text consists of 5 sections.
