The Alberta Canola Producers Marketing Plan established under Alberta Regulation 158/89 is amended, revised and continued under this Regulation. It contains provisions on the operation of the plan by the Alberta Canola Producers Commission and regulates the composition and functioning of such Commission. Section 6 lists, among the purposes of the plan, to assist in the development and promotion of the canola industry in Alberta, including the development and promotion of markets for canola and canola products.
