In compliance with the ongoing regulatory review initiative, this Regulation must be reviewed on or before 31 January 2014.
Abstract

This Regulation consists of 62 sections divided in 4 Parts. The Alberta Barley Plan established under the Alberta Barley Plan Regulation (AR 216/91) is amended, revised and continued under this Regulation. The Alberta Barley Commission is responsible for the operation of the Plan. The Regulation contains provisions on the functions and duties of the Commission (Part 1) and on its operation (Part 3).
