Abstract

The state promotes and supports agriculture under the present Law and the regulations of the federal government. In particular, the cantonal measures aim at strengthening farm enterprises within the local economy, as well as the maintenance of cantonal family businesses. The text consists of 184 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: Agricultural vocational training (I); Promotion of animal breeding (II); Land improvements and other measures to improve operating conditions (III); Plant protection, natural hazards (IV); Promoting natural farming (V); Miscellaneous provisions, penalties and final provisions (VI).
