Entry into force notes
The present Law enters into force on 1st October 2002.
Abstract

The present Law implements the federal legislation on agriculture. In particular, the Law promotes a market efficient and sustainable agriculture. The said promotion takes into account the principle of self-responsiblity and self-help of farmers. The text consists of 38 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Production and marketing (II); Advisory service (III); Improvement of agricultural structures (IV); Land property and lease (V); Organization and proceedings (VI); Final provisions (VII).
