The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the designation, domicile and district of competent authorities in the field of agriculture, forestry, food and genetic engineering. In particular, the Ordinance deals with the following authorities: the Environment, Agriculture and Geology State Office, Forestry State Office, State Ministry of the Environment and Agriculture.
