Abstract There is hereby established a corporation with the name “Agriculture Financial Services Corporation” that shall consist of the members of the Board. The Corporation is for the purposes of this Act an agent of the Crown in right of Alberta, and the powers of the Corporation provided for under this Act may be exercised by the Corporation only as an agent of the Crown.
