Hunting of wildlife animals and birds without a licence from the Ministry of Agriculture is prohibited (art. 144). Hunting, killing, catching, possessing, selling and poisoning useful birds for agriculture or predatory birds, animals as well as the protected species without a previous licence issued by the Ministry of Agriculture is prohibited (art. 145). The destruction of bird’s nests, the collection or damaging of their eggs and/or injuring their young shall be prohibited (art. 146). The Minister shall be responsible for determining hunting areas, species of birds and wildlife animals which may be hunted, seasons, etc. (art. 147). The use of vehicles, flash lights, automatic guns and military rifles for hunting birds or wild animals is prohibited (art. 148). The use of any trap, camouflage instruments, banners, animal skin and drugs is also prohibited (art. 151). The Minister shall establish the Hunting Committee to advise on hunting regions, birds and wild animal species and hunting season (art. 152).
