It also covers land lease agreements for plots meeting the aforementioned criteria. Land is considered agriculturally used if it is managed for agricultural purposes regardless of the specific type or intensity of use and if its area could be cultivated with machinery and equipment typical of agricultural operations. The land is forestry usable if its area could be reforested in accordance with permissible methods, unless public regulations on reclamation or reforestation contradict this. The Law further elaborates on the dispute settlement on contractual and transfer rights arrangements.
