Abstract The present Regulations are made under the Agricultural Safety Net Act. In particular, section 3 of the present Regulations establishes that where there is any conflict between the provisions of the Regulations and the provisions of the GRIP (Gross Revenue Insurance Plan) Agreement, the provisions of the agreement shall shall take precedence .
