Abstract

This Order prohibits the importation into the Solomon Islands of specified fruits and vegetables from the Australian State of Queensland, except on a permit or licence to import issued by a Quarantine Inspector of the Solomon Islands Agriculture Service. All fresh fruits and vegetables imported, landed or introduced contrary to this Order may be seized and destroyed by an inspector.
