Abstract

The provisions related to the approval of the Agricultural Quarantine Act of the GCC in Saudi Arabia are contained in Cabinet Resolution No.42 of 2005 (attached to the text) which gives the Ministry of Agriculture the responsibility for implementing the Act. The penalties which apply to the violation of the provisions of the Quarantine Act are attached to the related file.
