Abstract

This Law consists of 32 articles. Article 1 gives definitions and terms. Article 2 indicates permits and certificates needed to entry from outside GCC states. Articles 3 and 4 deal with procedures at customs and their exceptions. Article 5 defines the functions of the Agricultural Development Department of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Agriculture. Article 6 defines the functions of the judicial control officer, or inspector. Article 7 indicates the procedures in case of suspected risk.
