Abstract

The present Act lays down provisions relating to the implementation of community acts concerning information and marketing measures for agricultural products. Article 2 establishes that the Federal Institute for Agriculture and Food is responsible for the execution of the present Act. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Competent authority (2); Toleration and participation duties (3); Transfer of power to enact Ordinances (4); Penalties (5); Entry into force (6).
