Abstract This Act concerns the marketing of agricultural products in Northwest Territories. The products covered by the Act are eggs, chickens and turkeys. The Act provides for the elaboration of plans for the marketing of the products and for the establishment and regulation of the Northwest Territories Agricultural Products Marketing Council. The Act also regulates the establishment of producers’ boards and contains provisions on its enforcement and on offences and penalties.
