Abstract

These Regulations amend the Regulations on grading, packing and marking of durum wheat intended for sale in South Africa by: deleting definition "cultivar list" under regulation 1 on the first page; and repealing of paragraph (a) of sub-regulation 4(2) and replacing with the following: "(a) the wheat in the consignment consists of at least 95 per cent (m/m) of one or more of the durum wheat seeds."
