Abstract

These Regulations require a permit to be obtained from an Inspector of Produce for the gathering, collecting or transporting of fruit and vegetables specified in the Schedule to these Regulations (“prescribed produce”). The Regulations also prohibit the gathering, collecting or transporting any prescribed produce intended for export except in such manner and in such containers as may be approved by an Inspector of Produce and provide other rules relative to handling and packing of prescribed produce for exportation.
