Abstract

These Regulations provide rules relative to the exportation of pimento berries and products made of pimento from Jamaica. Only exporters approved and registered by the Minister shall export pimento and only in accordance with rules set out in these Regulations. The Regulations also provide for the approval of spice manufacturers and the inspection of produce intended for exportation.
