Abstract

These Rules provide for the control of the exportation of potatoes including seed potatoes. No person shall export any potatoes unless they have first been inspected and graded by an inspector in accordance with these Rules. The inspector may reject the potatoes to be exported or grade and mark them according to instructions set out in these Rules and issue a (preliminary) export certificate of grade. The Rules concern also the packing of potatoes and the marking of containers.
