Abstract

This Ordinance concerns the exportation of agricultural produce, which means potatoes, onions, cumin seed, and further includes any article derived from farming operations or any horticultural product which the competent Minister may, from time to time, declare to be agricultural produce for the purpose of this Ordinance. No person may export any agricultural produce unless he is registered at the office of the Director of Agriculture, who shall issue a certificate of registration in that behalf. Paragraph 2 of article 3 regards the prohibition of export of agriucltural produce without inspection. Further provisions regard penalties.
