Abstract: This Act makes provision for the public control of the exportation of agricultural produce, i.e. meat or any product thereof, milk products, eggs or margarine or butter substitutes and any other article produced or derived from farming operations that the Minister, by notice in the Gazette, declares to be agricultural produce for the purposes of this Act.
