Abstract

This Order of the Minister of Agriculture, acting under section 3 of the Agriculture Pests Act, 1983, prescribes that no person shall import wood packaging material which does not comply with the measures of the FAO-ICCP International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures - Guidelines for Regulating Wood packaging Material in International Trade.
