Abstract This Government Notice, made under section 6 of the Agricultural Pests Act, 1983 (Act No. 36 of 1983), provides for amending the control measures published in Government Notice no. R. 110 of 27 January 1984, by replacing the table 6 concerning fees and tariffs payable for specific services, including: issuance of a permit to exempt anyone from the stipulations of a control measure; inspection and consequent issuance of a report to be applied for movement permit; issuance of a removal permit; test, examination or analysis of samples, taken for identification and detection of bacteria, fungi, insects, virus, and other organisms; herbaceous indexing for the detection of viruses.
