Abstract

These Regulations of the Minister of Agriculture, Mechanisation and Irrigation Development, made under section 37 of the Agricultural Marketing Authority Act, introduces a livestock development levy payable by every person engaged in the business of- (a) producing chicks; or (b) buying raw milk; or (c) slaughtering beef cattle.
