Agricultural Management Associations are formed by citizens of Botswana, who wish to be associated for the purpose of undertaking a collective agricultural venture i.e. a venture concerned with horticulture, fruit growing, seed growing, dairy farming, the breeding and keeping of livestock and the use of woodlands. There shall be a Commissioner of Agricultural Management Associations who shall keep a register of agricultural management associations registered and incorporated under this Act.
