The Registrar of the Superior Courts is designated to be the Registrar of the Board in regard to any proceedings which concern land situated in the Island of Malta. With respect to proceedings concerning land situated in the Island of Gozo or Comino, however, the Registrar of the Court of Magistrates of Gozo shall have such competence.
