This Regulation enters into force on 1 September 2015.
Abstract

This Regulation, consisting of 75 sections divided into five Parts and completed by one Schedule, establishes competence, duties and responsibilities of the Wine Grapes Marketing Board as an agricultural industry services committee with the above mentioned corporate name. The Board is a continuation of the Board constituted under the Agricultural Industry Services (Wine Grapes Marketing Board) Regulation 2003 and continued under the Agricultural Industry Services Regulation 2009. The Schedule lists the forms relating to the certification, Application requirements for enrolment, etc.
