The present Regulations enter into force on 1 September 1989.
Abstract

The present Regulations enact the Agricultural Credit Corporation of Saskatchewan Act. At the outset the Regulations contain a definition clause relating to various terms therein employed such as, for example, “cattle”, “agricultural enterprise”, “cost of funds”, “designated period”, “game animal”, “homestead” and “livestock”. The text consists of 51 sections divided into 11 Parts as follows: Title and interpretation (I); Capital loans (II); Homestead and refinancing loans (III); Guaranteed operating loans (IV); Guaranteed vendor mortgages (V); Investment loans (VI); Livestock cash advances (VII); Repayment of livestock cash advances (VIII); Production loans (IX); Repayment of production loans (X); Repeal (XI).
